Important Notice:
It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check the received items for damage or defects upon receiving the product and before installation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to install kitchen or bathroom cabinets in a residential environment. Relative humidity levels must be 40% to 55% and a temperature range of 17-24°C inside the home to prevent permanent damage. Low moisture may cause doors and joints to shrink and open. If these conditions are not met and cabinets or components are damaged, cracked, or swollen, the warranty will be void automatically.
All wood flooring expands in humid summer weather and shrinks in the winter under dry conditions. Color variations are part of nature. The installer and/or the owner assumes final responsibility for the product quality upon receipt of goods. Therefore, the customer must inspect all products prior to delivery/pickup/installation and carefully examine them for color, grade, finish, and general quality.

Maintenance, Cleaning, and Caring for Marble/Cultured Marble/Artificial Marble
Marble-based surfaces are delicate and can be damaged easily. Avoid placing hot objects (curling irons, cigarettes), sharp items, or using abrasive cleaning tools.
How to Clean:
Use a clean spray bottle filled with a pH-neutral cleaner designed for stone or an all-purpose water-basedcleaner.
Spray the cleaner and wipe down the surface with a soft damp cloth (microfiber or chamois). Do not use scrubbers or steel wool.
Watermarks caused by hard water (regular maintenance is essential to prevent tarnishing or dulling).
